If for any reason you decide that our battery product isn't for you...you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or return it to us within 180 days for an exchange due to a malfunction problem. The following is return policy

1) You must be the customer of imaxpower.com or Amazon.com reseller "imaxpower" with logo , if you buy from other resellers, you are not eligible for our factory warranty program.

2) Please send an email to support@imaxpower.com with your order number and order date, and explain the return reason. If the product was not physically damaged but with some malfunction, we will issue RMA (Return authorization number) to you.

3) After receive this RMA number from us, please ship the whole package back to the following address within 7 business days, you need to include all the components. You will be responible for return shipping fee and we will cover replacement shipping fee.

If you buy imp500 from the other resellers, you are not eligible for factory product warranty.
